To men punk is just a cool way to say “I can do whatever I want because I’m a man”

Literally so many “alternative” guys are actually conservative af. My abusive ex told me I shouldn’t curse or sit with my legs open because it looked bad. Another “punk” guy told me I needed to remove my lip and leg hair. A couple more were hell bent on convincing me I needed to have kids eventually, and these are just off the top of my head.
